I think that communication with God is extremely important. I know,, that if I didn't pray as much as I do, I would be near as close to God as I am. Sometimes when I can't go to sleep, am bored, or feel like it,, I'll just talk to God about stuff. Just thank Him for everything, talk to Him, tell Him about stuff.
1 Thessalonians 5:17
Pray without ceasing,
But I definitely suggest,, or, encourage it, because , like I said, I think it is important, and, I always feel much calmer, and relaxed afterwards, and it always seems to make my day better.
And, God enjoys it when we pray. It means something to take time out of our day just to talk to Him. We don't do it often.. or, not often enough. :)

Yes, praying all the time really does improve your relationship with God and make your day better. That is one of my favorite verses recently along with the ones around it. Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus. 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 :)
